1. Publishing Rights & Ownership
Publishers warrant that they hold full, unencumbered intellectual property rights to every software dossier, code repository, and asset uploaded to Kemlha.
2. Moderation & Listing Quality
All submitted software dossiers undergo moderation before publication. Kemlha rates documentation quality, technical completeness, and remaining work items.
3. Seller Verification (NIF Requirement)
Publishers in Algeria must submit valid commercial details (NIF / Tax Identification Number or registered entity details) [PUBLISHER VERIFICATION BOARD REQUIRED].
